I used chunky peanut butter because I like to eat the peanuts in the chunky peanut butter. If you prefer, you can substitute with creamy peanut butter.
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees celsius.
2. Mix all the ingredients until well blended.
3. Using two teaspoons, scoop 1 teaspoonful of the dough and use the other teaspoon to push the dough onto a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Let the cookies cool thoroughly before storing them in an air-tight container.
